Our current By Laws and CCRs were written by, and for Lennar, the original builder at Rock Ridge. Lennar is no longer involved in the affairs of the Rock Ridge Community Association Inc. The intent of changing these documents is to eliminate all mention, and rights, of Lennar in our current By Laws and CCRs. The proposed changes can be seen on the Documents page of our site.
